- User-Generated Content: Handwritten answers and text-based submissions you upload for AI evaluation.
- Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, and interactions with our platform.

- Provide AI-driven answer evaluation and feedback.
- Improve platform performance and user experience.
- Communicate updates, notifications, and promotional offers (only if you opt-in).
- Ensure compliance with legal and security obligations.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure. If you have concerns about your data security, please contact us.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party analytics tools, payment gateways, and AI models to enhance our services. These third parties may collect data as per their own policies. We only share data with trusted partners necessary for platform operations.
Your Rights & Choices
- You can review or update your account information by contacting us, and delete your account yourself at any time.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account from the Delete Account page or from the app. You are signed out on all devices right away, and the account is deleted 7 days later. Signing in during those 7 days cancels the deletion.
After deletion we remove your profile, answers, evaluations and other personal data. We keep only:
- A hashed (unreadable) copy of your email, phone number and sign-in IDs, with your free-plan usage counts, so the free tier cannot be reset by signing up again.
- Payment, invoice and tax records (including invoices already issued to you) for about 8 years, as the law requires; other personal details are removed from them.
- Anonymous totals that cannot identify you.
Copies of your data may remain in our backups for up to 35 days before they expire.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
